Every massage session is tailored to your specific needs. Choose from a light, relaxing Swedish massage or a focused, deep tissue massage. The therapist will communicate with you to determine which areas of your body need extra attention and which type of pressure you prefer.

PRENATAL/POSTPARTUM MASSAGE

Enjoy the benefits of a pregnancy massage for you and your baby. Massage can increase circulation and oxygenation for both mom and baby, decrease stress hormones, and decrease aches and pains due to pregnancy. Massage postpartum, when ready, can also help with healing and hormonal rebalancing.

HEADACHE RELIEF                                      .

Massage techniques specific to the muscles and trigger points located on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to reduce the tension. 

SPORTS MASSAGE WITH TRIGGER POINTS

Sports Massage is beneficial before and after your big event, relaxing tight muscles and increasing joint mobility while pushing out the toxins and lactic acid. Focused work is done on the areas its most needed. Trigger Point therapy may be included to help relieve those tight muscle bands and alleviate pain and discomfort they may be causing.
